STORE POLICIES

Leah design, does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations (after 2 hours of order) due to all items are made in order and set up once an order is placed. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

You can always contact us for any return question at leahdesingllc@gmail.com.

 

Since all  our products are made TO ORDER, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless items are damaged by Leah Design. If you have a question regarding sizing, please contact us before ordering.

sizing issues will not be refunded, we ask customers to double check orders to confirm all sizes and colors before checkout.

 

Damages and issues
In the unlikely chance that you should receive damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s), please message us within 3 business days of the confirmed order delivery date and we will do our best to assist you. If the damage is due to Leah Design. we will cover a new item and shipping, but must reported within 3 days of delivery date. If he damage is due to USPS and no insurance was purchased, we can not provide a replacement.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), CUSTOM  PRODUCTS (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
