Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations (after 2 hours of order) since all products are made to order.

Sizing

All sizing issues are the customer’s responsibility. Please double-check sizes and colors before checkout.

Sizing issues will not be refunded.
Damages & Issues

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery.

If the damage is due to Leah Design, we will cover a replacement and shipping.

If the issue is due to USPS or no insurance was purchased, we cannot provide a replacement.
Exceptions – Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:

Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

Custom products (special orders, personalized items)
