How long does processing take?
Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Custom or larger orders may require additional processing time.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days of confirmed delivery.

Can I cancel my order?
Cancellation requests must be submitted within 1 hour of placing an order. If production has already begun, the order cannot be canceled. DTF and UV DTF orders cannot be canceled once placed.

How can I request a custom order?
Visit our Custom Orders page and submit your request with as much information as possible. We’ll contact you with availability, pricing, and turnaround time.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States and Puerto Rico.

How should I care for apparel?
Machine wash cold, inside out, with mild detergent. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not iron directly over the design.

Do you offer DTF & UV DTF printing?
Yes. DTF and UV DTF products are available through our shop. Customer-provided artwork and gang sheets must be print-ready and are printed exactly as submitted.
