At Leah Design LLC, our products are made to order, personalized, or produced specifically for each customer. Please review all order details carefully before completing your purchase.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Made-to-order, custom, personalized, DTF and UV DTF products are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer-selected sizes, colors, personalization, artwork, measurements or other approved order details.
Please double-check all information before placing or approving your order.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation requests must be submitted within 1 hour of placing an order.
If production, customization or printing has already begun, the order cannot be canceled, even if the 1-hour period has not passed.
DTF and UV DTF products are final sale and cannot be canceled once an order is placed.
CUSTOM DTF & UV DTF
Customers are responsible for providing print-ready artwork with the correct image quality, sizes, quantities, spelling and layout.
Customer-provided gang sheets are printed exactly as submitted.
If Leah Design LLC prepares or arranges a gang sheet, a final proof will be provided for customer approval before printing. The customer is responsible for reviewing all artwork, sizes, quantities, spelling and layout.
Once the final proof is approved, the approval is considered final and the order will be printed exactly as approved.
Leah Design LLC is not responsible for errors in artwork, sizing, quantities, spelling, placement, image quality, or other details that were provided or approved by the customer. Reprints, replacements, or refunds will not be issued for customer-provided or customer-approved errors.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you believe an item arrived damaged, defective, or you received an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 business days of confirmed delivery.
Please provide your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
Each claim will be reviewed based on the circumstances of the order. If an issue is determined to have resulted from a production error by Leah Design LLC, we will determine the appropriate resolution.
Issues resulting from customer-provided or customer-approved artwork, sizes, quantities, personalization or other approved details are not considered production errors.
SHIPPING ISSUES
Shipping carrier delays, packages marked as delivered, incorrect customer-provided addresses and returned packages are handled according to our Shipping Policy.
SALE ITEMS & GIFT CARDS
Sale items and gift cards are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
