At Leah Design, every item is custom made to order. Please read our policies carefully before purchasing.


Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

 

  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations (after 2 hours of order) since all products are made to order.

  • Please contact us if you have any issues with your order: leahdesignllc@gmail.com.

 

Sizing

 

  • All sizing issues are the customer’s responsibility. Please double-check sizes and colors before checkout.

  • Sizing issues will not be refunded.

 

Damages & Issues

 

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery.

  • If the damage is due to Leah Design, we will cover a replacement and shipping.

  • If the issue is due to USPS or no insurance was purchased, we cannot provide a replacement.

 


Exceptions – Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

 

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom products (special orders, personalized items)

  • Personal care goods (beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items or gift cards
