SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping with Leah Design LLC. Please review our shipping information before placing your order.
PROCESSING TIME
Processing time is separate from shipping time and may vary depending on the product, order size and level of customization.
Custom and personalized products require production time before they are ready to ship. Estimated turnaround times provided at the time of ordering are estimates and may vary during periods of high order volume.
SHIPPING
We currently ship within the United States and Puerto Rico.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information when available. Shipping and delivery times provided by the carrier are estimates and are not guaranteed by Leah Design LLC.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order. Leah Design LLC is not responsible for delays, returned packages or delivery issues resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
CARRIER DELAYS
Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, transit and delivery are handled by the carrier.
Leah Design LLC is not responsible for carrier delays or circumstances outside of our control. We will provide available tracking information to assist customers with their shipment.
PACKAGES MARKED DELIVERED
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check the delivery location, household members and neighbors and contact the shipping carrier using your tracking information.
A carrier delivery scan does not automatically qualify an order for a replacement or refund.
RETURNED PACKAGES
If a package is returned to Leah Design LLC because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be shipped again.
